Who is JAG?

Tulsa Wedding Photographer Jordan Garrett

About Me

Hi, I’m Jordan A. Garrett (aka JAG), and I believe love deserves to be celebrated in all its forms.

As a wedding photographer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I’ve had the honor of capturing over 400 weddings, from intimate backyard ceremonies to extravagant destination celebrations. My work is about more than just beautiful photos—it’s about telling the story of your unique love with authenticity, creativity, and heart. Whether you’re laughing uncontrollably during your first look or shedding a tear during your vows, my passion is capturing the real, raw moments that make your wedding day unforgettable.

Growing up in Oklahoma, I didn’t have many examples of openly gay creatives thriving in this space. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a safe and inclusive environment where couples, especially in the LGBTQIA+ community, feel celebrated and respected. Your love deserves to be seen and documented in a way that feels true to you, and I’m here to make that happen.

Experience YOU CAN TRUST

With over 400 weddings under my belt, I bring a wealth of experience to every wedding I photograph. From bustling city venues in Tulsa to serene countryside ceremonies, I’ve seen it all—and I’m here to make sure your day runs smoothly. My approach goes beyond just snapping photos; I’m like an honorary member of your wedding team. Whether it’s fixing your tie, fluffing your dress, or calming pre-wedding jitters, I’m there to help you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.

Over the years, I’ve developed a knack for making people feel at ease in front of the camera. I understand how vulnerable it can feel, which is why I work hard to create a relaxed, fun atmosphere where your genuine connection can shine. My favorite moments are often the ones that happen in-between—those candid, unscripted moments that tell the real story of your love.

Your wedding is more than just a day—it’s a celebration of everything that brought you to this moment. Whether you’re planning a Tulsa wedding, a destination adventure, or an LGBTQIA+ ceremony, I’d love to be the one to capture your story. Let’s create something magical together!

Are you LGBTQIA2S+ Friendly?

Yes! I am a gay man myself, who has had to navigate the wedding industry. How long will it take to recieve my photos?

I know how excited you’ll be to relive your wedding day, so I work hard to deliver your photos in about two weeks! That quick turnaround ensures you can start sharing your memories while they’re still fresh. For Tulsa weddings and local celebrations, the turnaround is consistent regardless of whether it’s a grand ballroom affair or a charming outdoor ceremony. If you’re planning a destination wedding in breathtaking locations like Zion National Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, or the beaches of California, travel logistics may extend delivery slightly, but I’ll always keep you updated on the process.Every photo is individually edited in my True Tone style to preserve vibrant, timeless colors.
